We practice primarily immigration and federal law, however, our firm also has experience with several other practice areas as well. As we realized our immigration clients often preferred to retain us for cases outside immigration, due to our work ethic and access to a Spanish-speaking staff. Below, you can find a list of all of our practice areas.

  • Immigration Law - representing clients before Immigration Court, USCIS, and the Department of Homeland Security.

  • Federal Law - assisting clients with filing lawsuits against DHS and USCIS relating to delayed processing of applications, abuse of discretion, amongst other issues.

  • Powers of Attorney - drafting powers of attorney documents intended to assist in the following occasions - medical emergencies, incapacitation, disabilities, mental health issues, and more.

  • Deportation/Immigration Powers of Attorney - due to the complex issues faced by some of our immigration clients, we assist in drafting specialized powers of attorney to protect your children and family members in the unfortunate circumstance you are deported.

  • Uncontested Divorces - we have experience in working with English/foreign language clients in the family law system doing divorces that are not contested by the other spouse. We do not currently accept contested divorces but can refer you to another attorney who does so, including Spanish-speaking divorce attorneys.

  • Wills/Estate Planning - assisting clients in protecting their assets and estates, including drafting of wills and other estate planning documents.

  • Guardianships of Minors - we have extensive experience filing for guardianships over minors in Tennessee state court, these guardianships often being necessary to gain an immigration benefit or allowing a non-parent family member have guardianship over a child.
