Ryan J. Spickard, Esq.

Managing Partner/Founder

Ryan has called Memphis home since 2009 and has a deep love for the city and its people. Ryan graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law with honors in 2014. During law school, Ryan was a member of the Memphis Law Review and the Memphis Moot Court Board. Upon graduating law school, Ryan began practicing federal and immigration law with Memphis firms before eventually forming Spickard Law PLLC.

Ryan is very passionate about his work and realizes the importance of having experienced legal representation in immigration and other legal matters. He has been recognized as an Attorney for Justice for the past three years in a row for his pro bono work in the community. Ryan is also on the Board of Directors for the Community Legal Center, a Memphis-based non-profit organization that offers legal services to the Memphis area needy.

On a personal level, you will find Ryan is far more laid back than your typical lawyer. He is an avid reader and loves to spend time cooking and baking in the kitchen. He also loves animals and has two dogs - Meemo and Cooper, two cats - Henry and Francis, and six chickens.

Nancy is a native of Honduras and thus is very passionate about helping people from around the world with their immigration matters. Nancy has over 7 years of experience in immigration law and is vital to keeping our firm running smoothly.

Nancy lives in Memphis with her son, David. While not in the office, Nancy enjoys watching soccer and spending time with her son and her nephews.
